If you believe what you read in the report (and you probably can, author tends to be a straightforward shooter), Apple's snapping up the consort for what will turn to a bargain-basement price... mayhap inferior than $.50 on the dollar. However, author says at small digit maker claims his appraisal of the deal is off, but we'll hit to move for some official word before we know for sure.
